| Shaanxi Jiade Bio-technology Engineering Co., Ltd., with a registered fund RMB10 million and legal representative Liting (chairman of the board), registered in State-level Hi-tech Agriculture Demonstration Zone of Yangling, Shaanxi Province in1998. It, covering over 21,000 square meters, mainly produces and deals with ecology class products and biologic pharmaceutical intermediate such as additives, crude pigment, essence and flavor etc. for food free from any pollution. Meanwhile, it is engaged in research, development and further processing of chinese herbal medicine. It is a hi-tech enterprise specialized in hi-tech biological extraction free from pollution, leftover and public hazards. A project in 1999, supercritical extraction with CO2, was approved and proposed by the Planning Committee and listed in Torch Plan of shaanxi Province. The company has 100 formal staff among which 86% received education above junior college and 85% is the young and middle-aged below 35 years old with 6 senior managers and 25 technicians. The company carries out a modern & scientific management with network information in some fields such as international information, enterprises' development, strategic decision, market expansion and development & research with science & technology. The company co-developed many hi-tech achievements and put them into production with Qinghua University and Northwest University, thus we made our efforts to transform science & technology achievements into production force. The company impenetrate in its management the inside culture "advocate science, talents, precisely deal with concrete matters, high working efficiency and widely make friends". So the company made a considerable progress. The proposed project of supercritical extraction with CO2, with over RMB50 million, introduced and put into operation of the world most advanced equipment. The equipment is controlled by a computer (2x500L) and made by UHDE Corp. in Germany. The extraction purity and capability etc. has been in the leading position in the world with the combination of self-developed technologies. They will change the traditional technics that has a great deal of pollution for extracting fat substances in the local chemical production and result in a giant transformation for the modernization and industrialization of Chinese herbal medicine as well as the products' internationalization. The company will keep the principle of taking the hi-tech as its dominant, the products' internationalization as its task and protecting the human survival environment as the final pursuit. By doing so, the company will build an industrial pyramid that is unfailingly stand erect in the west with the persistent efforts of all the colleagues and the opportunity of the west development. |
